From assessment to routine, we take an evidence-based approach. We’re always measuring your progress and results, adjusting and tweaking your routine to keep you moving forward and pushing you harder when the facts tell us you have it in you.

The right trainer for you is the one you’ll succeed with and have fun with. You can book with or contact any one of them directly. Alternatively, you can come in to meet with our manager for a consultation and we’ll pair you with a trainer we know will be a fit for you based on your current health and your future goals.

Your assessment.

This is the first session you’ll have with your new trainer, and it will take about 90 minutes. You’ll see our thorough, evidence-based approach up close, and when we come back to you with a routine, you’ll understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it and how we’re going to make sure you succeed.

Your sessions.

Like anything else, the more you put in, the more you get out. As your trainer gets to know you, they’ll get better at pushing you towards the results you want by helping you get the most out of every exercise in your program.
