If you’ve been diagnosed with osteoporosis, a specialized training program focused on weight-bearing and muscle-strengthening exercises can increase your bone density and prevent fractures.

We start with a unique health and fitness assessment tailored to osteoporosis concerns. This includes evaluating balance, muscle strength, diet, and more.

Weight-Bearing + Muscle Strengthening Program
Based on your assessment, one of our expert personal trainers will create a customized fitness program to increase your bone strength. Your program will include weight-bearing exercises that challenge your balance, improve functional movement, and build strength.
Your program will incorporate a variety of training styles, dependent on your needs, focused on improving balance, building strength, and enhancing functional movement patterns.

Track Your Progress
As you work through your program, your trainer will continue to monitor your progress and adjust your routine to ensure safety and success for your bone health.
