Personal Trainer
As a personal trainer, Emma adopts a holistic approach to health and fitness. Combining her education in kinesiology, experience training individuals and small groups, and expertise in nutrition coaching, Emma’s training ensures her programs are custom and allow clients to achieve sustainable results. To Emma, “movement is medicine”, and her favourite part about working in her profession is seeing how her role positively impacts the overall health of an individual.
When she’s not training, Emma enjoys playing tennis, hiking, board games with friends and family, and reading. She loves spending time playing with her younger brother and lounging with her 2 cats.
