This is the final part in our lower back pain workshop, here are some final thoughts to take away.
Although the routine outlined from the videos will work for a lot of cases, other issues such as chronic arthritis or digestion issues can also play a big role.
A simple experiment you can run to see if your back pain is caused from inflammation from food is to make a list of all the inflammatory foods you currently eat. Example of inflammatory foods are, bread, alcoholic beverages, artificial trans fats, processed meats, and high fructose corn syrup. Once you have identified where these fit into your diet eliminate them and track you’re back over a week. Introduce them right after your week is up and monitor your back pain!
As for arthritis this often times needs to be diagnosed from a doctor with X-ray imaging. However most times your doctor will recommend a resistance training program to increase bone strength!
