Sleep Assessment

I wake up around the same time every day, within 1 hour.

I feel refreshed when waking up.

I wake up when my alarm goes off (don’t snooze).

I have enough energy in the morning where I don’t need to rely on caffeine or tea to get me moving.

I exercise vigorously for at least 150 minutes per week.

I restrain from having caffeine after 12pm.

I include carbohydrates with my last meal of the day.

I have a bedtime routine.

My bedroom is completely dark at night.

I consistently go to bed around the same time, within 1 hour.
