Even though Adam is a newly certified personal trainer, he has been training for ten years. Working alongside other trainers inspired him to pursue this new path in fitness. Understanding that every client has different needs and goals, Adam wants to help anyone become their strongest self, creating a training program that works for them.
“I can be the tough coach, if that’s what a client wants, or work as a support system or problem solver. If we’re in this together, we’ll achieve results!”
When Adam isn’t training, he’s playing hockey, flag football, and golfing. “I need to be active at all times!”
