Director of Personal Training
As the Director of Personal Training, Chris develops and delivers our in-house, evidence-based education program that teaches our training team how to safely and effectively ensure client success. Under Chris’ vision and direction, everything trainers learn in this program is highly applicable and progressive. Our trainers learn how to make sure their clients master the basics as well as when to progress someone to the next phase.
Having a deep knowledge of healthy living patterns, Chris uses – and teaches our trainers – objective assessments to understand clients’ posture, strength, conditioning, body composition, lifestyle factors and overall health to create a custom plan. His methodical approach ensures all our clients receive personalized, effective training plans to reach their fitness goals.
Chris is excited to connect through his love of all things outdoors and continually expands his health and fitness knowledge, so he can become a part of his clients’ story as they move through challenges in and out of the gym.
