Connor believes that, when he has been confronted with personal adversity, physical fitness gave him the confidence and dedication to overcome it. His goal is to guide others in not just reaching their fitness goals, but in discovering newfound confidence that extends to all aspects of their lives.

By collaboratively selecting goals with my clients that are both challenging and attainable, I cultivate a genuine interest in personal fitness but also foster a sense of accomplishment and commitment. My aim is to create a personalized journey that instills a lasting passion for well-being.”
When he isn’t training, Connor enjoys eating out with friends, travelling, and learning how to play golf.
