Dena has more than twenty years of experience helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Her training style is centered on building long-term healthy habits and she brings a supportive and positive energy to every session. With education in exercise medicine and nutrition, Dena skillfully supports her clients as they recover from injury, build strength, and make healthier choices.  

Dena has a specialized focus working with women in perimenopuase to menopause and beyond. As a certified menopause health coach, Dena helps middle-aged women thrive, get in tune with their bodies and feel their absolute best. “I want to make sure they have fun, feel less stressed, and experience less pain,” explains Dena.  

When Dena isn’t training clients, you can find her out for a run, watching a movie on a rainy day, or spending time with her husband and dog, Herbie.
