JD Middleton
Personal Trainer
JD has been working for over a decade with clients from different backgrounds: general fitness enthusiasts, chronic rehabilitation patients, weekend warriors, and professional athletes.
With a committed client-centred approach to coaching, he does what’s best for his clients first and foremost, taking their needs, abilities, and motivations into account. He wants to ensure that the programs he creates fit into his clients’ lifestyles so they can stay consistent and motivated.
“I hope to teach my clients the necessary skills that help them maintain a healthy, active lifestyle, even if we stop working together. I hope to teach them that there is no direct path to achieving their goals and that they will often face setbacks. It’s about learning to find the small wins that will create those big wins in the long run.”
