Laura Wells
Personal Trainer
To Laura, fitness is a science. It’s not just about physical strength, but learning how to optimize health through exercise physiology, nutrition and learning about the body. Her passion to challenge herself physically and mentally has led her to her personal training career. She wants to work together with her clients to build a tailored, healthy lifestyle sustainable for life.
“I hope to teach my clients not to expect any overnight success. Working together on your goals neither is an overnight transition nor a quick fix solution. But, they’re worth doing and it’s often worth working with a fitness professional to help teach, correct, and push you to limits you had no idea were achievable.”
When she’s not training, you’ll find Laura at the Lake either competing in euchre tournaments or taking part in water sports.
