What I like most about Lovedeep is that he is attentive and engaged when he trains me. Before each exercise, set or phase of a program, he thoroughly explains the “why” of what I’ll be doing; for example, doing particular activation exercises so that my body is primed to do pull-ups (one of my fitness goals and one that I achieved). He gives great verbal cues so that I am constantly aware and mindful of performing exercises with proper form. He not only trains me but educates me too - this is key.
Lovedeep is also a consummate professional and just happens to be a super nice person, always encouraging. I always leave my training sessions with him feeling strong and empowered - that in itself is transformative because that feeling positively transfers to all other aspects of my life.”

“I had been working through a shoulder injury and pervasive lower back sensitivity for years and sought intel and body work from personal trainers, physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and osteopaths to no avail. It was extremely frustrating and costly. Then I met Lovedeep…he hosted a workshop through the Yoga Detour training program where he presented a multi-faceted approach to strength training and injury prevention and treatment. Contacting him after the workshop was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Lovedeep’s approach to training, from the initial assessment to our weekly workouts, was so refreshing. He has an incredible understanding of the body that extends beyond the musculoskeletal system. The importance of nutrition, nervous system adaptation, trauma, meditation and mindfulness (to name a few) are carefully crafted into the training regime.
