From Colombia to Canada, Lukas has one goal as a coach: to make his clients feel safe and empowered. As a trainer, he creates an environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their goals. His approach emphasizes the importance of listening to and understanding each client’s unique life aspirations and helping them achieve them.   

Lukas specializes in training women through all stages of menopause, pregnant women, as well as men aged 45-65 looking to stay strong as they age. With expertise in calisthenics, Lukas helps his clients build core strength, improve mobility and enhance overall fitness using bodyweight exercises.  

Lukas prioritizes teaching excellent technique in every exercise. He firmly believes that how you lift matters more than how much you lift, ensuring that his clients build strength safely and effectively.  

When he’s not in the gym, he’s constantly bettering himself by reading, playing chess, swimming or playing a variety of sports (ultimate frisbee, soccer, basketball).
