Michael’s decision to turn his passion for health and fitness into a career was driven by his understanding of the profound impact exercise has, not only on physical health but also on overall quality of life and mental health. He wants to teach his clients that they are capable of anything. Through consistency, and having the right mindset, you will achieve your goals.  

“I find that fitness starts off as a mental, rather than a physical battle, especially for those new to it. So, I address mental needs first and become increasingly adamant in encouraging my clients to push themselves.” Michael is eager to assess barriers to his clients, their past attempts at achieving health goals and current factors impacting their goals, to provide the most effective encouragement.  

When he’s not in the gym, Michael loves playing rugby, shooting photography, travelling and spending quality time with his family.
