Rob Santos
Personal Trainer
Fitness, discipline, injury and passion – elements that have led Rob to his career as a personal trainer. For the majority of his life, Rob has been engulfed in all things soccer and had dreams of playing with Toronto FC. However, his Ronaldo dreams came to a halt after experiencing a knee injury from over training. This injury kickstarted his personal training career, as he wants to educate and guide people toward healthy living through a 360° view on fitness. With his holistic approach to training, Rob empowers his clients to view fitness as more than just physical health, but also mental and emotional wellbeing.
Rob is excited to connect through his love of music, soccer, movies and food! On weekends you can find him cycling through park trails or discovering Toronto’s next best restaurant.
