With nearly two decades of experience, Ryan takes a thorough, technical and detailed-oriented approach to training. He’s dedicated to educating and empowering his clients, ensuring they understand their program and feel confident in their progress. 

Ryan’s goal is to ensure his clients understand why they’re doing each exercise, so they feel more connected to their results and progress, meaning they’re more likely to sustain it.  

Ryan has a unique specialty in prehabilitative training for hobbyist athletes, particularly golf and tennis. He helps his clients return to their favourite sports with a reduced risk of injury, allowing them to stay active and perform at their best.  

Outside of the gym, Ryan enjoys an active lifestyle, either playing tennis, challenging his buddies to a round of golf, or going for walks with his Cane Corso pup.
