With more than eight years of experience as trainer and an extensive education in physical education and corrective exercise, Saghar’s mission is to help others achieve a better quality of life through movement.
“I strive to help clients become the best version of themselves,” says Saghar. “I want my clients to develop a sense of loyalty to themselves, to a better lifestyle. I like them to feel that exercise is a necessary part of taking care of themselves like sleeping and healthy eating.”
When she’s not training, Saghar loves to learn. She’s always working on learning new languages and staying up to date on health and fitness research. As a newcomer to Canada and a newlywed, she loves to explore Toronto neighborhoods with her husband.
