Sahil draws inspiration from his own personal journey in both strength training and powerlifting. Knowing how rewarding it can be to accomplish hard things, Sahil’s goal is to help others discover their potential and improve their lives through health and fitness. Sahil’s training style is very supportive. He ensures his clients practice proper form but also instills knowledge, so they understand the principles of fitness and the “why” behind their workouts.  

When he’s not training, Sahil is staying active with soccer, powerlifting or spending time with his family.
