Personal Trainer

Theo channels many of the insights he has gained from his own training and recovery experiences into his unique training style. Having been a semiprofessional athlete in basketball and track and field, Theo has faced many injuries, including a concussion, which deepened his understanding of the vital role functional strength plays in daily life. By mastering how to move properly, he has seen firsthand how it can reduce the risk of injury.  

He now incorporates these lessons into his training style, meeting clients exactly where they are. Theo combines his athletic background with a focus on movement quality and body awareness, empowering clients to move more confidently and efficiently.  

Outside of the gym, you can find Theo exercising his brain or his body. He loves to constantly learn more about fitness and the human body. When he’s not studying, he’s playing some sort of recreational sport – volleyball, badminton, tennis, soccer or basketball.
