Tom Sinclair
Personal Trainer
Tom is excited to help his clients not only look great but feel great. Having a long personal journey of fitness with an extensive career in stunt work on screen as well as many years of training in martial arts, he is excited to share his wealth of knowledge with others. Through training, Tom will help his clients understand the connection between physical health and mental health and how to strengthen this connection to optimize training. His clients won’t just leave everything on the gym floor, but the endurance, resilience, tenacity, strength and adaptability will become interwoven within you. His clients will be inspired to realize their own capabilities both in the gym and outside of it.
When he’s not in the gym, Tom is an actor, musician, photographer and writer. He loves to be creative and curious, always looking for ways to hone his crafts and learn new skills.
