Zach Burrows
Personal Trainer
Zach’s training experience stems from his experience playing in the Ontario Basketball Association at the Division 1 level, where he learned firsthand the dedication it required to excel at the highest level. However, don’t be intimidated. Zach applies this knowledge to work with a diverse range of clients spanning from youth athletes to seniors recovering from surgery, offering support in areas such as HIIT training to injury rehab.
Whether you’re looking for athletic training or needing support post-injury, Zach prioritizes communication, and fosters accountability for both himself and his clients. He believes that the results his clients achieve are closely linked to the effort he invests in their training, as well as the commitment they bring to each session: “As a trainer, the results that I get from my clients are strongly dependent on what I put into them, and as a client, the results that you get are strongly dependent on what you put into each session.”
When Zach isn’t training, playing basketball or boxing, he enjoys unwinding by watching an old classic film, or finding a new favourite movie.
