Safe Baby and You

Specialized Training for Pre and Postnatal Fitness

Research shows that exercising before, during, and after pregnancy will keep you healthy and strong. It can make for a smoother delivery, improve your mood, help you recover faster, and lose weight after your baby is born. Physical activity can also reduce the risk of pregnancy-related illnesses such as depression by at least 25% and the risk of developing gestational diabetes, high blood pressure and preeclampsia by 40%.

Assess Your Pre or Postnatal Body

We start with a unique health and fitness assessment that covers everything from health history to medical concerns, nutrition, body composition, and more. We’ll learn what makes you, you, allowing us to identify key focus areas for your pre/postnatal training program.

Custom Program

Based on your assessment, one of our expert personal trainers will create a customized fitness program. Your program will incorporate a number of training methods, depending on your needs, to improve your balance, strength, functional movement and cardiovascular fitness.

03

Track Your Progress

Your body is unique to you. That’s why your trainer will be by your side, carefully monitoring your progress and adjusting your program to match the changes you’re experiencing – ensuring the safety of both you and baby, every step of the way.

"Since I started training with Austin, I am no longer in pain constantly. I am more involved in my life and participate in social activities, and I can now enjoy activities that I once thought I would never be able to enjoy again. My family has all commented on the incredible improvements in my mobility.“

When I started to work with Gus I had severe back pain. Gus worked with me to create a custom program for me. Now I am pain free and have a great program that works for me. I highly recommend Gus!”
