Identify Areas of Discomfort

We start with a unique health and fitness assessment tailored to your areas of concern. We’ll evaluate and identify areas that either correlate to issues you’re having, or areas that could lead to pain if not improved on.

Strength Training Program

Based on your assessment, one of our personal trainers will create a custom fitness program to address your areas of concern or bulletproof your body against future injuries. Given there’s evidence supporting the role of strength training in healing and preventing injuries, your program will incorporate a variety of strength training exercises, dependent on your needs.

03

Track Your Progress

As you work through your program, your trainer will continue to monitor your progress using a variety of assessments to see if you’ve improved or not. From the results, your routine will be adjusted to ensure safety and success for your health + fitness journey.
