Nutrition Assessment

I have a good source of protein at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I have 1-2 servings of healthy fats each day.

I include a serving of starchy carbohydrates with dinner.

I include fruits and/or vegetables with each meal.

I vary my foods throughout the week and consistently try new foods and recipes.

I eat a wide variety of colors when it comes to fruits and vegetables.

I am mindful of choosing fruits and vegetables that are in season and local.

I purchase high quality fish, meat and/or plant-based protein.

I vary how I prepare my foods (broil, pan fry, bake, BBQ, etc.).

I focus on buying ingredients rather than preprepared foods.
