The Role of the Foot in Fitness Part 1: Introduction to the Role of the Foot in Fitness

Introduction

Hey everybody, welcome to body and soul online. In this series I will be discussing the role the foot plays in fitness.

The foot is often times referred to as the foundation of the body because the rest of your body is stacked on it, similar to a building. Taking that example, if we have an apartment building with a faulty foundation, the 30th floor tenant will probably not be too happy.

In the following lessons we will cover basic anatomy, how to identify potential problem areas, and programming considerations.

Lets get started.
